My Proposal for a New Accredit College Course, Comparative Racism My name is Larry Fuqua, I have a proposal for a new discipline/course entitled "Comparative Racism ", with emphasis from a majority perspective. I detail "Black Racism " as perceived by the majority population. This course is designed to encourage open dialogue by pointing out the differences as pronounced and perceived by each race. "White Racism ", as we are constantly told by the media and others, unfortunately does exist. However, the White population generally feels, with justification (my experiences and observations), that "Black Racism ", is alive and well today, but, by-in-large goes unchallenged.
